1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Fibeo ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using our streaming platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Fibeo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
2.1 Subscription Plans
Fibeo offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Each plan is described on our Pricing page. Features and availability may vary by region.
2.2 Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is processed automatically using your selected payment method
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable taxes
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified
2.3 Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.
2.4 Refunds and Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not typically provided
2.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Creation
To access Fibeo's services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- Limit account sharing to members of your household as permitted by your plan
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Enable two-factor authentication if available
- Not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.3 Account Restrictions
Each account is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing credentials outside your household, creating multiple accounts to exploit trials, or selling access is prohibited.
4. Content Usage Rights
4.1 License to Access
Fibeo grantses you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view streaming content for personal, non-commercial use during the term of your active subscription.
4.2 Permitted Use
- Stream content on supported devices within your subscription limits
- Download content for offline viewing where the feature is available
- Create watchlists and use personalized recommendation features
4.3 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute content except through official offline features
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices
- Publicly screen, broadcast, or show content outside your household
- Use content for commercial purposes, public performances, or exhibitions
- Circumvent any technological protection measures
4.4 Content Availability
Content availability may vary by region and is subject to licensing agreements. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use Fibeo to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's servers, networks, or infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Engage in data mining, harvesting, or scraping of any user information
- Use the service for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Fibeo's Intellectual Property
All content on the Fibeo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design and organization of the platform, is the property of Fibeo or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Trademarks
The Fibeo name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fibeo or its affiliates. You must NOT use such marks without the prior written permission of Fibeo.
6.3 User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, ratings, or other content to Fibeo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
6.4 DMCA and Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Fibeo in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our designated agent with the required information as outlined in our DMCA policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Availability
Fibeo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Streaming quality may be affected by your internet connection, device capabilities, and network conditions.
7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIBEO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.3 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FIBEO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7.4 Maximum Liability
In no event shall Fibeo's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid Fibeo during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation procedures in your account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8.2 Termination by Fibeo
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or any incorporated policies
- Extended periods of account inactivity
- Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
- Technical issues or security concerns
- Discontinuation or material modification of the service
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@fibeo.biz.id. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
9.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration shall be conducted in English in a mutually agreed location or, failing agreement, in Digital City, DC.
9.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
9.4 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fibeo is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9.5 Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or unauthorized use of the service.
